RFI Response: Fountain Drinks: Worker prepares the fountain drink by placing cup under the fountain nozzle, push the lever, fill the cup, add ice with scoop, and place a plastic lid on the cup Worker places drink on counter for patron to pick up. Seafood Cocktail: Seafood is packaged ready to serve once thawed out. Plastic bag opened by worker with scissors, poured into chafing dish, scooped into plastic cup. Bottled Cocktail sauce is pumped from the bottle, by pushing on the pump handle. Worker fills cup with cocktail sauce and places on counter for patron to pick up. Original: Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
