  Perform commercial snow/ice maintenance including winter storm clean-up, trash/organic debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow blowers, shovels or sidewalks sweepers. Spread snow-melting chemicals to sidewalks, stairs and other areas. Set out snow marking stakes/cones/markers for company’s snowplow drivers to avoid sidewalks, hazards. Load/unload tools/equipment into standard single cab pickup trucks for staging across larger client properties. (Driving is not a requirement of workers in the position). Clean and store tools/equipment when not in use. Alert supervisor to any broken tools/equipment or areas that need special attention in snow/ice clearance. Entry level; requires supervision.
