  Employees will keep the exterior of both commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers, etc.) and residential buildings in a clean and orderly condition by removing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas using snow shovels, snow blowers, ice chippers, and salt spreaders. Employees will perform general winter landscape maintenance, including dormant pruning, mulching, trash pickup, and leaf cleanup. Leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, rakes, spades, pitchforks, and wheelbarrows are used to complete these tasks. Employees will collect trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker, perform fall and winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds, and clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use.
