***RFI Response*** To clarify, the workers will use hand-pushed walk-behind snow blowers, shovels, brooms to remove snow from driveways, walkways, and patios. Vehicles will be standard Ford F-250 pickup trucks (GWV approximately 12000lbs) and will NOT have plows attached. For maintenance of the snow removal equipment, the extent of maintenance will be to change oil and clean filters. The scope of the worker’s job duties are all listed and primarily involve snow removal and subsequent clean up of grounds for the spring/fall. ***Original Duties*** SHOVEL AND PLOW SNOW, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED TO FACILITIES AND ROADS MAINTENANCE. POTENTIAL FALL & SPRING CLEANUPS. DE-ICING AND REMOVAL OF SNOW FROM WALKS, DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING LOTS FOR VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. MAY DRIVE VEHICLES. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED TO FACILITIES AND ROADS MAINTENANCE INCLUDES SWEEPING UP SAND AND PICKING UP DEBRIS ON ROADS AFTER SNOW HAS MELTED. FACILITIES WORK INCLUDES MAINTAINING ALL MACHINES SUCH AS SNOW BLOWERS, BY CHANGING OIL, CLEANING FILTERS, CARBURETORS. KEEP ALL WORK AREAS CLEAN.
