***RFI response*** “Loading washing machines.” – this consists of loading washing machines with room linens, sheets, towels, and duvets. “Deep cleaning of property” – this means a throughout cleaning of the interior of guest rooms plus sweeping and tidying the balcony/deck/patio areas attached to the rooms. Specifically, this consists of clearing cobwebs and debris, cleaning and arranging furniture, vacuuming area rugs, cleaning under area rugs and beds, dusting and washing with a rag and cleaning spray all surfaces including door frames, doors, locks, radiator covers, baseboards, headboards, and trim, ensuring that all beds have a clean mattress cover, protector, pillows and pillow cases, linen, and blankets, ensuring all closets have hangers and robes and working luggage rack, ensuring all walls, lights, floors, furniture, AC/Heat units, and hardware are dusted and clean using a vacuum, mop, rags, and cleaning products, washing trash cans, cleaning tissue holder, ensuring hair dryer is present and towels in bathroom are clean and stain free, replacing shower curtain and liner in bathrooms if needed, using bleach and scrub brush to clean grout in bathrooms, washing soap bottles and refilling in the bathroom, washing shower glass, mirror, toilet, and vanity, using a magic eraser to remove scruff marks on walls, notifying maintenance of issues including paint touchups, loose toilet seats and missing screens, and cleaning of the Hospitality Nook (fridge/snack area) including deep cleaning of kettle using hot water and vinegar, emptying all cannisters and refilling, wiping the fridge and underneath the fridge, washing the walls and counter, dusting and shining glasses, wiping ice bucket, ensuring wine key, pen, card, tip card, and menu are present and in good condition, ensuring TV and remote is working and sanitized. Tools, equipment, and materials used are basic cleaning equipment as outlined above (vacuums, mops, brooms, rags, and cleaning products). ***Original*** Room Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Lark Hospitality LLC’s properties, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, carrying all dirty linens, towels, robes, duvets, blankets, soiled rags & mop heads to the laundry area and removing them from the laundry area once washed, loading washing machines, folding laundry, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, and communicating maintenance or security needs in a timely manner to appropriate manager or supervisor. Room Attendants will also need to do weekly (wiping down baseboards and corners to remove dust buildup, cleaning and dusting in-room air conditioner filters and light fixtures, washing windows with towel and window cleaner and wiping down windowsills, sanitizing walls and doors to remove marks or fingerprints, doing a general clean of showers, and polishing and cleaning furniture, monthly (cleaning behind/under furniture, replacing furniture/decor covers with freshly laundered covers, removing stains from carpets or upholstery, sanitizing mattresses by vacuuming and treating them with fabric or upholstery cleaner, and reporting any maintenance issues like replacing HVAC filters & paint touch ups), and annual (cleaning ceilings, floors, walls, baseboards, under & all sides of furniture in the bathroom, bedroom, living area, balcony, patio or deck, replacing all decor items in the room (pillow shams, furniture covers, carpets, etc.) with freshly cleaned/laundered versions, and washing inside of all closets, cabinets, appliances) deep cleaning of property. Room Attendants will need to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and go up and down stairs. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm and 9:00am – 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
