Duties include sweeping and blowing paved surfaces; collecting and disposing of debris; emptying exterior trash receptacles; pressure washing sidewalks, dumpster pads, and building entrances; cleaning gutters, surface drains, and service areas; removing debris following storms; operating leaf blowers, pressure washers, sweepers, and other cleaning equipment; and identifying exterior maintenance hazards requiring attention.
