  Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, fitness room, pool area, and stairways. Clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and other hand tools. Make beds. Empty waste baskets, empty/clear ashtrays, and dispose of trash. Dust, sweep, scrub, wax, and polish furniture, equipment, ornaments, and fixtures. Replenish and stock storage areas. Perform laundry duties, including stripping linens, operating washers and dryers, and folding and properly storing linens and towels. Clean and sanitize kitchen areas. Following snow events, sometimes daily when needed to keep operations running, remove snow or ice from walking pathways adjacent to guest and employee areas using sand/salt and/or handheld tools such as shovels and snow/ice scrapers.
