Taking orders and processing the payments using a Clover POS system. Preparing coffee, lattes, cappuccinos and various other espresso based beverages, tea, and sodas using coffee pots, espresso coffee machine and tea pots, and bottled sodas. Washing and cutting fruits and vegetables using a knife. Portioning sauces, fruits and meats into appropriate serving sizes using a scale, knives and dishes. Following recipes to make breads, biscuits, sauces, salads and side dishes using a convection oven, dough maker, food processor and flattop grill. Serving guests final plated dishes. Serving and maintaining the dinner buffet using chafing dishes, steam tables, hot pads and serving utensils. Washing dishes in a three (3) compartment sink and putting them away; clearing tables and sanitizing them using a sanitizing solution.
