use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, dig holes using hand tools, will dig holes with a max depth/width of 1 ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. Installation of low voltage landscape lighting; check landscape lighting and décor to ensure in proper working order, replace inoperable lights or broken décor. Install mortarless segmental concrete masonry. May operate motorized vehicles, which may include Ford F150 GVWR 6,650-7,450 lbs, Ford F250 GVWR 9,900-10,000 lbs, or Isuzu NPR GVWR 14,500 lbs. Vehilces used for those with valid drivers license to drive to and from worksites, riding lawn mowers may include Exmark 52"Zero Turn, or Skaag 26" Stand on mower. May be asked to help with occasional light equipment maintenance, checking oil, gas, cleaning, changing blades and wire on weed eaters. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Possibity of advance pay. Additional pay for driving if applicable. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Argyle, TX.
