Dining Room Attendants support Food & Beverage operations across multiple resort dining venues. This position plays a key support role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with dishwashing, bussing tables, food running, restaurant cleanliness, and overall operational support. Dining Room Attendants work in a fast-paced resort environment and assist restaurant leadership in maintaining efficient service standards while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. Job duties include the following: • Assist servers and restaurant staff in delivering exceptional guest service • Deliver food from kitchen to dining areas in a timely and accurate manner • Clear, clean, and reset dining tables throughout service periods • Refill water stations, service stations, condiments, and dining supplies • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, bars, and service areas • Assist with resort dining events and group functions as needed • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dish areas and kitchen support spaces • Remove trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas • Sweep and mop kitchen and back-of-house floors as needed • Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and operational assistance • Maintain compliance with resort safety and sanitation standards • Follow all food handling and cleanliness procedures • Assist with stocking and organizing supplies • Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams • Support multiple restaurant outlets and resort dining locations as business demands require • Maintain a positive and professional appearance and demeanor at all times • Perform other related duties as assigned by management 35 hours of work per week. Normal shifts: 11 am- 7pm, 11 am – 8pm, 12 pm – 8 pm. Resort is open 7 days a week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $20 per hour and $30 per hour for OT when available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must complete criminal background check prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required but will be provided if necessary.
