**RFI Response** Specifically, workers may operate: • Small work trucks/light-duty pickup trucks used to transport employees, holiday lighting materials, ladders, and tools. • Manual hand fork trucks (pallet jacks) used to move boxed lighting materials and supplies. These are non-powered devices operated manually and do not have a horsepower rating. • Hand dollies and appliance dollies used to move light-to-moderate loads of holiday decorations, extension cords, lighting equipment, and related materials. These are manually operated and do not have a horsepower rating. • Utility wagons and carts used to transport tools, lighting materials, and supplies around job sites. These are manually operated and do not have a horsepower rating. No commercial motor vehicles requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), no agricultural tractors, and no heavy machinery will be operated by workers performing the duties of this position. The only "tractors" that could potentially be used are Electric Stand-on/Ride-on Tugs: Compact, battery-operated units designed to navigate narrow aisles while moving the holiday lighting material. They do not have horsepower and are 130 to 350 Ibs. This is all entry level and done under direct supervision. Sort cargo before loading and unloading. Tag/mark containers with identifying information. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use. Organize, prepare, install, and remove holiday materials from job sites. Stack storage boxes in locations using pallets or boxes. On the job training & other related Material Mover activities as per SOC/OES 53-7062 (onetonline.org).
