Use hand/power tools to maintain residential lawns, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance. May use hand tools including trimmers, blowers, shears, chainsaws, shears, shovels, etc. Dig holes using hand tools, will dig holes with a max depth/width of 3 ft to plant, lay sod & plant. May operate motorized vehicles, to include light and medium duty trucks, lawn mowers, and excavators for rough grading and to dig planting holes for trees/shrubs. The make and model of the excavators are as follows: John Deere 26G Mini Excavator, John Deere 333G Track Loader, Compact Wheel Loader with Pallet Fork. May use hand tools including trimmers, blowers, shears, chainsaws, shears, shovels, etc. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check. Matching 401K eligible after 6 months, matching percentage dependent on selected percentage input; health insurance eligible after 60 days, employee pays 35%; life & disability after 90 days no charge. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Norristown, PA. 30 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
