Five (5) temporary full-time Climber positions available for work beginning October 1, 2026 and continuing through April 30, 2027, working day shift with forty hours work provided weekly - Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, at $37.62 or higher per hour, with overtime offered often at $56.43 or higher per hour. Bartlett Climbers serve as members of our tree-care crew. They perform basic tree climbing and rigging, pruning and trimming, and lowering of limbs and branches. Climbers use climbing hooks and belts to gain access to work areas. Climbers use power saws and pruners to cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to improve health and productivity. Climbers help inspect trees for potential risks. Climbers attend a daily Safety Briefing. This occupation requires a high-school diploma, and six months related work experience. Climbers serve as a member of our tree-care crew. One month of paid on-the-job training get any hires up to speed so they can identify tree species and safety risks, and also safely use saws and other tools for removing branches and debris. Climbers will work on the following types of properties: residential and commercial and municipal properties and landscapes that include lawns and campuses and town halls, throughout the listed counties.
