***Original*** Take and serve food and beverage orders; Carry out food and miscellaneous set up and clean up activities; May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events; may be required to serve customers via golf cart. Other reasonable job related duties as needed. ***RFI response*** Work takes place across all the club’s formal and informal dining venues (dining rooms, pool snack bar, and occasionally at banquet events). Carry out food and miscellaneous set up and clean up activities include: Serve water, condiments, and coffee; run food from kitchen to guest tables; clean tables of used linens, china, utensils; set tables with clean linens, china, utensils; supply clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes in dining areas; set up or break down food buffets. ***F.a.5 A-H & F.a.6a & F.a.6b 35 hrs/wk minimum. Shifts and shift hours vary Mon-Sun 7a-11p. *** F.b.9a: Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company’s sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.
