This role supports all restaurant, bar, banquet, and club event operations while ensuring warm, professional, and consistent hospitality. Key responsibilities include supervising and training service staff, managing floor operations, maintaining service standards, assisting with scheduling, coordinating with the culinary team, resolving member and guest concerns, and ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and properly prepared. The Food & Beverage Manager also supports inventory control, beverage service, event execution, and overall department communication.
