• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, adjustment, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment used in the production of lithium-ion battery cells for electric vehicle battery manufacturing projects. • Assemble, install, and adjust battery manufacturing equipment including lamination machines, stack machines, folding machines, packing machines, and vision inspection systems used in battery cell production processes. • Utilize various hand and power tools including wrenches, spanners, hex keys, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, hammers, utility knives, and precision measuring tools to perform equipment assembly, alignment, fastening, calibration, and maintenance work. • Install, align, adjust, and maintain mechanical components including frames, rollers, guides, conveyors, pneumatic systems, motion control systems, and automated machine parts to ensure proper equipment operation and production accuracy. • Perform electrical support and cable management work for manufacturing equipment operating on electrical systems ranging from 110V to 250V. • Route, organize, secure, and maintain electrical cables and wiring for sensors, relays, switches, motors, and control devices used in automated manufacturing equipment. • Perform electrical measurements using digital multimeters to check voltage, current, resistance, continuity, and insulation conditions for equipment testing and maintenance purposes. • Diagnose faulty electrical components and replace damaged or malfunctioning electrical parts according to appropriate voltage, resistance, and operational specifications. • Conduct insulation testing and equipment verification procedures to ensure safe operation and compliance with applicable electrical and workplace safety standards. • Collaborate with electrical technicians, engineers, and production personnel to support machine startup, testing, troubleshooting, and operational verification activities. • Support manufacturing operations associated with electrode mixing, coating, roll pressing, slitting, notching, stacking, folding, welding, electrolyte injection, sealing, formation charging and discharging, degassing, inspection, packaging, and shipping processes for lithium-ion battery cells. • Monitor machine conditions, perform equipment adjustments, and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain manufacturing efficiency and product quality. • Verify dimensional accuracy, alignment conditions, and operational performance using vision inspection systems and related inspection equipment. • Work with industrial automation systems, pneumatic controls, motion control systems, and cleanroom manufacturing environments as part of industrial-scale EV battery manufacturing projects. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition while following applicable cleanroom procedures, safety policies, and operational standards.
