Uline Inc. seeks to fill 19 full-time Warehouse Associate positions in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This is for a temporary, peak load need from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Duties: Perform a variety of general warehouse duties in support of inventory management and outbound distribution activities. Move, sort, store, and prepare materials/products for shipment. Follow established procedures to use warehouse management system (WMS) to complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Reads work orders to determine required tasks, build outbound shipments according to provided instructions, and assist with daily operational needs. Perform other related routine, nonsupervisory warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Certification to use one or more of the following: Crown stock picker, quad pallet rider, sitdown, RC forklift (evidenced by certificate or equivalent experience) required. Must have WMS system knowledge. Must have ability to lift, push, and slide packages that weigh up to 50 lbs. Must have passing score on Uline's routine pre-employment assessments. Background check and drug test will be required post-offer and pre-employment. Terms and Conditions of employment: $21.09/hr, at least 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $31.64/hr. Housing is not provided. Transportation: From the place of which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or in the event the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate of at least $16.78/day during travel to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Three-fourths: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Tools, Equipment and Supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due. Wage will be paid bi-weekly. The employer will make all payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The employer will reimburse the H2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker.
