***RFI response*** Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing various foods for cooking by our Cooks or serving by our Server-Host staff, and sorting and removing trash. Preparing foods includes peeling potatoes and carrots with handheld peelers as well as washing various vegetables.
