Monitor activities at facility. May provide administrative assistance to membership, including checking membership cards, confirming reservations arranging merchandise & providing facility info, minor cleaning. Work is performed at a private beach club and recreational facility, including pool, beach, dining, retail, and member activity areas, where workers monitor guest and member activities to ensure compliance with club policies and safe use of amenities. Administrative assistance includes greeting members and guests, answering basic questions regarding club amenities and events, verifying reservations, maintaining sign-in/check-in records, and communicating member information to supervisors or appropriate departments. Arranging merchandise includes organizing, stocking, displaying, and replenishing retail items such as apparel, towels, sunscreen, snacks, beverages, and other club-related merchandise in designated sales or storage areas. Minor cleaning duties include wiping counters and tables, sanitizing surfaces, collecting trash, sweeping common areas, and maintaining cleanliness of poolside, dining, retail, and recreational areas using basic cleaning products and equipment such as brooms, mops, disinfectants, towels, and trash receptacles. (4) workers needed. Dates of need: 10/1/26-5/31/27. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 7am-11pm. Rate of pay: $19-$25/hr based on performance, $28.50-$37.50/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $26/day with a $200 deposit ($150 refundable, $50 non-refundable: Deposit will be deducted from employee’s second and third paycheck in $100 increments. $50 of this deposit is ineligible for refund as it will cover partial cleaning costs. Deposit refundable upon completing of contract & housing inspection. Additional charges may apply for damages or missing items). Benefits include Christmas Bonus and 401k eligibility. Partial uniforms and shift meals provided. Job location: 250 South Beach Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145. Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary up to $110/night for lodging with receipts.) at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii); H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
