  Workers will remove snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using only manual tools such as snow shovels and hand-pushed salt spreaders, with no use of snow plows or motorized snow removal equipment. In addition to snow removal, workers will clean indoor and outdoor common areas of commercial properties, including entryways, hallways, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and parking areas. Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and picking up litter to maintain safe and sanitary conditions. The position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling while maneuvering commercial-grade trash bins, loading debris bags into dumpsters, and transporting supplies on rolling carts. Workers must also climb ladders to clean light fixtures, ceiling vents, and windows, while using manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, squeegees, dusters, and spray bottles. Additional machinery used in the role includes upright and backpack vacuums, floor buffers, and wet/dry shop vacs for deep cleaning floors and removing water or debris.
