Help operators by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Tasks include but not entirely: Operate machineryused in the production or distribution process and assist machine operators. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected andnotify operators of any malfunctions. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually orusing hoists. Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete. Mark or tag identificationon parts. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, conveyances and trucks. Record information,such as the number of products tested, meter readings, or dates and times of product production. Work Environment: Warehouse is hot and humid in the summer months, cold during the winter months. High noiselevel requires use of hearing protection. Minimum 35 hours per week up to possible 50 hours per week, employees should receive at least one full day of rest within each six-day work period whenever feasible. Open 7 days/week. Rotating shifts, 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am. Normal schedule includes 3 days on/2 days off/2 days on/3 days off and may beFriday, Saturday, Sunday. Workdays and shift time may vary with production schedule. Breaks and lunch included within shift schedule. Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure,and/or market conditions. Overtime hours may be available but not mandatory at $28.47 per hour. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.
