***RFI response*** Tractors, attachments and mowers to be used include: • New Holland TS6.110 Utility tractor – Approx. 10,330lbs 110 Horsepower • New Holland TS6.120 Utility tractor – Approx. 12,190lbs 120 horsepower • New Holland Power Star 75 Utility tractor – Approx. 5,027lbs 74 Horsepower • Horsemen’s track 14’ Point Hitch Harrow – Approx. 2800lbs without pins, 3900 with pins • Horsemen’s track 14’ 3-point hitch float – approx. 5900lbs • Horsemen’s track 16’ ¾ skid plate float – approx. 4800lbs • Horsemen’s track 9’6” track packer - approx. 4800lbs • Toro Turfmaster 72” Mower – Approx. 1657lbs. 36 Horsepower • John Deere Z985R Z Trak Mower – Approx. 1556lbs 40 Horsepower Repair and replace PVC piping running rails on inside and outside of tracks as needed from damage such as cracks or breaks due to impact or degradation due to weather. Repairs are completed by replacing damaged parts. Replace running rail support poles with 4-foot galvanized pipes that stabilize the rails in place as needed due to corrosion. Earth series 32.7C gas powered t-Post driver is used as needed to drive replacement rail posts (support poles) into the ground. PVC piping replacement running rails are 94-96 inches in length. Cut replacements to appropriate size using hacksaw, reciprocating saw or ratcheting PVC cutter. Rubber mallet, hammer, drill and screws are used as needed to install replacement PVC piping rails. Safety equipment including hearing protection, gloves and safety glasses worn when performing duties. ***Original*** Maintain safe and groomed dirt and turf racehorse training tracks using equipment including tractors, harrows and mowers. Clear debris from tracks, general maintenance of tracks including harrowing and watering dirt track, mow, water and fill divots on turf track. Repair and replace track running rails as needed.
