  Prepare and cook menu items including döner, grilled meats, vegetables, sauces, and other Turkish specialties. Slice, marinate, season, and portion ingredients according to restaurant standards. Operate grills, vertical broiler, vertical rotisserie, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely. Prepare wraps, bowls, plates, and sides. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation to ensure consistency. Assist with inventory rotation, food prep, ingredient portioning, and general kitchen organization. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Employer provides all tools, uniforms, and equipment needed to perform the job. No experience required; employer will provide training.
