Lifestyle Concierges will be responsible for providing assistance to members, including greeting members and by providing personalized services such as helping with apparel, racquets, footwear, accessories, and special orders. Promote racquet sports programs, clinics, events, lessons, and special activities to encourage member participation. Will handle private lesson bookings and update appointments accurately using the club’s digital scheduling platform. Maintain merchandise presentation standards, restock inventory, and support the overall appearance and organization of the tennis pro shop. Will provide a welcoming concierge presence within the fitness center and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests visiting the fitness and spa facilities. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and knowledgeably. Will schedule, modify, and cancel appointments for spa services, fitness classes, and personal training sessions. Process payments, apply discounts, reconcile transactions, and assist with retail and spa product inventory. Provide a welcoming concierge presence at the pool area and assist members with general information, service coordination, and daily needs. Help manage and coordinate spa, tennis, and lifestyle reservations, including booking appointments, court times, and special services; confirming schedules with members and guests; and ensuring all reservations are accurately entered and communicated to the appropriate departments. Work with members to schedule spa services or tennis games. Support the promotion and communication of spa, fitness and tennis programs, events, and activities through various channels (email, newsletters, digital boards, and in-person interactions); providing clear and timely information to members regarding schedules, changes, and offerings. Support opening and closing procedures and communicate schedule changes, member preferences, and special requests clearly with team members. Opening procedures include, preparing the spa, fitness, tennis, and pool areas for daily operations by ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked; setting up workstations, check-in areas, and amenities; reviewing the daily schedule of reservations, lessons, and events; coordinating with team members and other departments (spa, tennis, food & beverage) to ensure readiness; and ensuring all systems (reservation platforms, phones, communication tools) are operational. Closing procedures include assisting with end-of-day responsibilities such as reconciling reservations and daily activity logs, securing confidential information, shutting down systems, organizing and resetting work areas, and ensuring all spaces are clean and prepared for the following day; reporting any issues, maintenance needs, or guest feedback to management. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
