Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up tables in the dining areas with tableware such as plates, glasses, and silverware, taking and placing orders correctly and efficiently, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and making and maintaining a clean and safe service station. The Servers will receive training from the Employer’s Chefs and liquor and wine representatives regarding food and beverage menu items’ flavor profiles, ingredients, and liquor and wine pairings in order to make the best recommendations to diners. When a Bartender is not available, the Servers may need to make basic cocktails and mocktails. Servers will provide wine service to guests. All Forbes standards will be utilized throughout service experience. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 8:00am to 3:00pm, 4:00pm to 11:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
