Food Runners will be responsible for efficiently transporting food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to members and guests. Will collaborate with the culinary team and expeditor to set up and maintain the mise en place for dinner service, ensuring all necessary items are prepared and organized including buffet items and set up. Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, servers, and the Front of House Manager to confirm orders and relay any special instructions or modifications. Will verify each order against the kitchen ticket to ensure accuracy before delivery to the table. Must ensure that food is delivered in accordance with presentation standards, maintaining the quality and appearance of all dishes. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the food pass station and service areas. Assist servers and bussers as needed, including clearing and resetting tables and replenishing condiments. Able to lift up to 50lbs and have ability to stand for long periods of time. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am to 1:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, or 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
