***RFI response*** Event set-up consists of arranging and positioning banquet tables and chairs; placing table linens, skirting, and napkins; setting tables with glassware, flatware, china, and centerpieces; setting up buffet stations, beverage stations, and service areas; positioning portable bars, staging equipment, and service carts; and ensuring event spaces are clean and ready for guest arrival. Event breakdown consists of clearing tables of linens, glassware, china, and service items; removing and transporting tables, chairs, portable bars, and buffet equipment; cleaning event spaces; and returning equipment and supplies to designated storage areas. Storage duties consist of transporting equipment and supplies to designated storage locations, stacking chairs, folding and storing tables, organizing banquet equipment, storing linens, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned, secured, and available for future events. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are banquet tables, folding tables, chairs, table linens, skirting, napkins, china, glassware, flatware, serving trays, beverage dispensers, coffee urns, chafing dishes, portable buffet equipment, rolling carts, hand trucks/dollies, portable bars, cleaning cloths, brooms, mops, and cleaning solutions. Providing service consists of greeting members and guests and escorting them to tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials, menu items, and beverage offerings, taking food and beverage orders using the club's point-of-sale (POS) system, delivering beverages, appetizers, entrées, and desserts to tables, refilling beverages and responding to member requests, clearing and resetting tables between seatings, processing member charges and obtaining signatures, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side stations and assisting with opening and closing side work, including stocking supplies, polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and replenishing service items. These tasks will be performed in the club’s Dining Room or the restaurant, the Eagles Nest. Poolside service consists of walking throughout the pool deck area to check on members and take food and beverage orders, entering orders into handheld devices or the point-of-sale (POS) system, delivering food, beverages, condiments, napkins, and utensils to poolside seating areas, monitoring guests for additional service needs and processing additional orders, clearing used dishes, glassware, cups, and trash from poolside tables and seating areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations and poolside dining areas, transporting food and beverages using serving trays, and restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, condiments, menus, and service ware throughout the shift. ***Original*** Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, providing menus, setting-up the dining areas and service stations, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food, entering orders into point-of-sale system, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, polishing silverware and glassware, cleaning and clearing tables, assisting with banquet and event set-up, which includes setting up tables, stations, and linens, assisting with breakdown and resetting of event spaces, including proper cleaning and storage of equipment, providing service at events, including serving cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and meals, maintaining beverage service during events, including refilling water, wine, and coffee, and providing service in all club outlets, including poolside service as needed. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
