***RFI response*** “Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck/health club area, equipment, and guests” includes picking up towels left behind by guests, picking up disposable dining ware such as cups, plates, forks and napkins, contacting the Housekeeping department to assist with cleaning any spills, and removal of any trash/debris and any toys/pool floaties that are left behind. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are rubber gloves. “Assisting with daily guest recreation activities” includes setting up and preparing the beach area for daily games and activities such as corn hole, sandcastle building competitions, and limbo, welcoming and engaging with guests, explaining activity rules and safety procedures, and distributing items used for games. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are corn hole boards and bags, limbo poles, and sand buckets. “Maintaining facility supplies” consists of monitoring the inventory levels of game pieces and activity materials (including paper, pens, cups, sandcastle buckets, towels, and cleaning supplies). Employees will be responsible for reporting when these items are low on stock, so orders can be placed to replenish the inventory. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are pen and paper to record inventory levels. ***Original*** Guest Service Attendant/Recreation Attendants will be responsible for ensuring the safety and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck/health club area, equipment, and guests, responding to guests’ needs, assisting with daily guest recreation activities, maintaining facility supplies and ensuring usage rules are adhered to, maintaining daily reports and logs, maintaining supply of pool towels for guests, carrying soiled towels to laundry, obtaining clean pool towels from laundry and carrying to pool deck, keeping pool towels neatly folded and stacked for guest use, and driving guests to different locations using resort golf carts. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
