Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line Cooks will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality, setting up and stocking work stations with all necessary supplies, and cleaning and maintaining work areas, utensils, and equipment. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
