***RFI response*** Housekeepers will be responsible for vacuuming carpets and rugs in clubhouses, offices, locker rooms, and common areas, sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors, dusting furniture, fixtures, windowsills, baseboards, and decorative items, cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, doors, and handrails, cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and dispensers, emptying trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners, cleaning interior glass surfaces and windows, replenishing housekeeping supplies, including paper products, soap, and sanitation products, cleaning and sanitizing temporary restroom trailers located throughout the property, and reporting any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management. The tools and equipment used to perform these tasks include vacuum cleaners, brooms, dustpans, wet and dry mops, buckets, wringers, microfiber cleaning cloths and dust cloths, trash bags and liners, cleaning brushes, scrub pads, glass cleaning tools (e.g., cloth and squeegee), Ecolab cleaning solutions and window-cleaning solution, and gloves. Portable restroom facilities located near temporary clubhouse facilities, golf operations areas, racquet sports facilities, outdoor recreational amenities, and other high-traffic locations throughout the private golf club property. Provided to ensure convenient restroom access for members, guests, employees, and contractors in areas where permanent restroom facilities are not readily available. ***Original*** Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and upkeep of all villas, guest rooms, and suites across the property. Housekeepers will also be responsible for cleaning all public and operational areas, including the clubhouse, dining and lobby areas, locker rooms, performance center, offices, employee areas, security office, maintenance building, and all bathrooms throughout the club, including temporary bathroom trailers. Additional duties include cleaning and servicing golf course comfort stations. Housekeepers will ensure housekeeping storage areas, such as housekeeping carts, are clean, organized, and fully stocked with cleaning products, operational supplies, guest amenities, guest toiletries, coffee pods, linens, glassware, and garbage bags. Will also be responsible for vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning interior windows with a clean cloth and cleaning spray, and ensuring all spaces are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am - 12:00pm, 9:00am - 4:00pm, or 2:00pm - 9:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
