Food and Beverage Admin will be responsible for clerical duties in the Food & Beverage department such as assisting with dining and club event reservations, private event inquiries, managing email and phone confirmations for club event attendees and event registration, providing the Food & Beverage management team with reservation reports and summaries, and assisting with updating/programming the reservation system by entering operating hours, blocks, seating restrictions, and Club events into the system. The Food & Beverage Admin will also provide general Food & Beverage support by distributing to-go food orders to kitchen stations and podiums for preparation and coordination, prepare and print F&B materials such as menus and food signs for Club restaurants, and updating various online platforms and calendars with new menus, daily specials, and events. Additionally, the Food & Beverage Admin will be responsible for providing general administrative support to staff for day-to-day clubhouse operations including maintaining the front desk office by monitoring inventory levels, organizing and maintaining filing systems, accurately recording member information, creating printed and digital promotional materials for Club events and activities, creating and distributing Club event email communications, and maintaining event displays. Lastly, the Food & Beverage Admin will provide general front desk support by greeting and assisting members and guests, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing general information to members and guests, and processing incoming and outgoing mail/packages, faxes, and email correspondence. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds when needed and view a monitor for long periods of time. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm.
