***RFI response*** Specific type of facilities or establishments where the work takes place” includes the designated pastry area in the kitchen where pastries are prepared for service in the Club’s restaurants. For special events such as holiday parties, Pastry Cooks may prepare desserts at a dessert station set up within the Club’s dining/event area. ***Original*** Pastry Cooks will be responsible for mixing and baking ingredients to produce pastries or other baked goods, as well as monitoring inventory and maintaining equipment. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, or 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
