Lead and assist with organized recreational activities and guided outdoor tours for guests, including e-bike, bicycle or similar outdoor excursions along established routes. Manage group pacing and guest well-being; respond calmly to changing conditions. Provide safety orientations and monitor proper use of activity equipment. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and promote participation in scheduled activities. Coordinate daily activity schedules with guest services staff. Set up, maintain, and clean activity areas and wellness spaces. Monitor activity areas for safety and report maintenance or safety concerns to management. Demonstrate activity procedures and provide task-based guidance to seasonal staff during activities. Perform daily and weekly e-bike readiness checks (battery management, tire/brake checks, cleaning, inventory) and report maintenance needs. Assist with equipment inventory, storage, and end-of-season wrap-up. Share operational observations and improvement suggestions with the General Manager; assist in documenting SOPs and quick-reference guides as requested. Provide task-based guidance and customer experience training to seasonal and part-time activity staff by demonstrating proper procedures for tours, safety, and guest interaction. Support onboarding with simple checklists, shift routines, and 'how we do it here' service standards. No managerial oversight or authority over hiring, firing, pay, discipline, or policy decisions.
