***RFI response*** “Serve as Club Goalkeeper coach. Lead training sessions, manage teams, develop coaching curriculum, and evaluate players. The Youth Soccer Coach is responsible for coaching youth soccer players across assigned age groups and maintaining the club's athletic facilities to keep in an orderly condition by organizing equipment, including nets, cones, balls, and maintaining grounds as noted below on the facilities side to ensure safe, functional playing environments. Coaching duties include planning and leading practices, instructing players in fundamentals and game strategy, managing player development, and supervising players during training sessions and matches. On the facilities maintenance side related to the soccer turf, the worker mows, edges, aerates, seeds, fertilizes, and lines natural grass playing fields, and applies field markings prior to practices and matches. The worker inspects and maintains perimeter fencing, goals, irrigation systems, and field equipment, and addresses drainage issues and standing water on playing surfaces. Grounds upkeep includes removing debris and litter from fields and surrounding areas, trimming weeds along fencing and the facility perimeter, and operating and maintaining grounds equipment such as mowers, edgers, weed eaters, spreaders, and aerators. Additional duties include setting up and breaking down portable goals, cones, and training equipment, laundering team practice gear and pinnies, restocking facility supplies, and performing basic interior maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and replacing light bulbs using hand tools including screwdrivers and reporting facility deficiencies to management. ***Original*** Serve as Club Goalkeeper coach.
