*RFI response* Duties are performed throughout Club food and beverage locations including dining rooms, casual dining outlets, outdoor patio/terrace areas, beach club and poolside areas, bar/lounge areas, banquet/private event functions, and grab-and-go stations. Worker performs table setup/reset; stocks service stations with beverages, ice, coffee supplies, garnishes, utensils, and to-go containers; organizes beverage stations; assists banquet setup/breakdown; removes dishes and trash; cleans/sanitizes tables and service areas; sweeps and restocks supplies. Equipment includes trays, carts, POS system, beverage dispensers, soda guns, coffee/espresso machines, blenders, ice machines, cleaning supplies, linens, china, glassware, flatware, serving utensils, coolers, storage containers, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and bar equipment. Worker occasionally operates commercial espresso equipment to prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, and similar beverages. Worker assists with arranging beach chairs, umbrellas, tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and banquet equipment; opens, positions, secures, and closes umbrellas; and maintains outdoor guest areas. Equipment includes outdoor furniture, display materials, event equipment, cleaning supplies, and storage racks. Worker stocks grab-and-go refrigerators with food and beverage items and charges purchases through the POS system in Beach Club and Bay Colony Community Center locations. Worker assists guests by providing food/beverage service support; answering questions regarding menus, amenities, and Club services; delivering food, beverages, towels, and supplies; coordinating requests with service staff; and maintaining clean service areas. Equipment includes POS system, trays, carts, serving utensils, beverage equipment, communication devices, menus, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning materials. Worker assists final preparation of dishes by adding condiments or simple finishing touches, organizing trays, and verifying order accuracy, presentation, and temperature before service using serving trays, utensils, tongs, garnish containers, and plating materials. No cooking duties performed. *Original*Take, serve and carryout food and beverage orders; provide setup, organization and cleanup activities for all food and beverage outlets and service stations, including outdoor areas, bar and beverage stations; answer questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate; enters orders into POS computer system; and assembles food and beverages on the tray. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with company policies and local laws. Operates the espresso machine and blender. Recommends wine and serves to members/guests. Removes dirty dishes; charges the bill to member account; may be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events; and may be required to serve members/guests via golf cart. Assist with setup and breakdown of beach chairs, umbrellas, tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment. Performs light cleaning tasks such as removing debris, picking up trash, wiping down and straightening furniture. Assist with setting up and stocking grab and go food and beverages. Assist guests with service needs related to the Club. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food and beverage menus including carryout. Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority. Assist in the final preparation of dishes when required. Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature. Transfer important information between the kitchen and other waitstaff. Anticipated days/hours of work per week: All workers will work a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Normal shifts are 9am to 4pm; 10am to 5pm, 4pm to 10pm.
