Remove and trim bushes, dispose of brush, rake and clean up ground and leftover debris, landscape planting, spreading mulch, leaf removal, install rye-grass seed, winter maintenance of athletic fields. May drive company pickup truck or other vehicle. A driver’s license is not required; however, workers who possess a valid driver’s license may be assigned to drive a company pickup truck or other non-commercial vehicle. No commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required and workers will not be required to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). The employer will offer a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Work schedules vary Monday-Saturday, shifts are between 7am-5pm, with 1 hour unpaid break. Workdays, hours, and shift time may vary depending on weather conditions. The employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $28.50 to $33.00 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from a central Collin County area pickup location to and from all worksite locations.
