Follows all established standard operating procedures for greeting and seating members. Accepts and confirms reservations via phone, in person, and through online booking sites. Takes To-Go orders as needed. Warmly greets members and guests and seats them according to section availability and table rotation. Prepares for the dining service by assembling menus, table tents, high chairs, buffet signs, reviews reservation sheets and confirms reservations, reviews floor plans. Assists with the enforcement of policies, such as cell phone use, dress code, service animals, and lost and found. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining and buffet tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), replenish buffet items, replenish beverages. Ensure the dining room and work stations are properly cleaned and restocked at the end of shift. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). All employees work at least 5 shifts per week. Typical shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11 pm. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Overtime: As Needed Only.
