Laborers will perform cleaning of commercial and residential properties including trash/debris pickup; leaf drop cleanup and dormant tree/shrub winter pruning; and installing of snow marking stakes incidental to site preparation in advance of the snow removal season. Workers perform commercial and residential snow/ice maintenance including winter storm clean-up, trash/organic debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow plows, snow blowers or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level; requires supervision.
