***2nd RFI response*** Serving duties are performed as part of a customer service role within a counter service model, not table service. Customers place their orders and receive an order number. Once the food is prepared by the kitchen, the employee uses a speaker system to call out the order number, places the food on a tray, and sets the tray on a counter located outside a designated serving window. Customers then retrieve their food from this counter. At no point do employees deliver food directly to tables or engage in traditional table service. An electric range will be used to boil chicken, for use on pre-made sandwiches and salads. An electric countertop food warmer will be used to heat pre-made meat. A sandwich press will be used to press pre-made sandwiches. A hot dog warmer will be used to warm pre-made sausages. ***1st RFI response*** Workers will clean bathrooms using all-purpose cleaner to wipe down counters and mirror. Using a toilet brush and toilet cleaner, workers will scrub the toilet with the brush. Workers will use a broom to sweep floor. Workers will use a mop bucket and floor cleaner to mop the bathroom floor. After food supplies are delivered, worker will take necessary supplies from our dry storage and our refrigerator storage and organize in their work space to use to properly serve customers. Workers that are able to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license may drive company vehicles was mistakenly included in the job requirements, however, it is not applicable to the position and job duties. Workers will not be requested to or allowed to drive any company vehicle. ***Original*** Workers will perform a variety of kitchen and serving duties, including but not limited to: Washing and processing fruit/vegetables, using blenders to make milkshakes, and serving food to patrons. Workers will assist with prepping and assembling lunch items. Duties include cutting/chopping fruit/vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling prepackaged lunch items for sale. Workers may be asked to assist in preparing and packaging homemade sauces, jams, and jellies for individual sale. Workers will also perform cleaning duties such as washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and intaking and organizing supplies.
