***RFI response*** Workers will be required to operate forklifts. ***Original*** Workers will handle the production of precast Terrazzo. Production involves the precise measurement and mixing of raw materials, including cementitious components, epoxy resins, and marble chips, in accordance with established formulas and specifications. Materials are measured using calibrated scales and containers and mixed using industrial equipment to ensure consistency and quality control. The mixed material is then placed into molds and consolidated using trowels to ensure proper embedment of aggregates. Surfaces are then spread, leveled, and finished using hand tools such as brushes and trowels by trained surface finishers. After curing, the terrazzo products are processed using specialized machinery, including line polishers, bridge saws, and bed polishers, as well as electric and pneumatic hand tools, to achieve the required finish and dimensional accuracy. Upon completion, the finished products are cleaned and sealed in accordance with manufacturer specifications using brush or spray application methods.
