Duties may include: Workers will perform manual labor tasks at construction sites to support equipment operations and general site activities. Assist equipment operators by directing the movement of machinery through the use of standardized hand signals. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment by hand or using basic material-handling methods. Tools utilized may include, but are not limited to, DeWalt drills, grinders, hand saws, and shovels. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including maintaining DeWalt drills, grinders, hand saws, and shovels by charging batteries, replacing grinding wheels, and ensuring tools are kept clean and free of debris. May use light-duty work trucks, including Ford F-150, Chevrolet 2500, and Chevrolet 3500 models, to transport workers, tools, and materials to and from job sites. General site cleanup and other manual tasks as needed to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment & other related Construction Laborers activities as per SOC/OES 47-2031 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-6:00PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed). Optional, shared housing available at no cost to the worker.
