The specific tasks, along with the tools, equipment, and materials utilized by the Dishwasher, include: A. Dishwashing and Equipment Cleaning: Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and specialized kitchen equipment. For this task, commercial dishwashing machines, three-compartment deep sinks, scrub brushes, sponges, dish racks, and chemical sanitizers/detergents are used. B. Kitchen Sanitation and Waste Management: Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles, disposing of kitchen garbage, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen floor and food service areas. For this task, trash cans, heavy-duty garbage bags, mops, buckets, brooms, and floor degreasers are used. C.
