  Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in golf course construction and concrete installation. Support daily field operations by planning crew coordination and enforcing safety compliance including PPE and Health and Safety Plans. Monitor work progress and productivity to ensure compliance with technical design intent and project specifications. Assist in assigning daily tasks and monitoring craftsmanship, including elevation and laser level verification for tees, greens, and bunkers. Review daily work plans and maintain daily logs and attendance tracking. Monitor equipment condition and assist with inspections. Coordinate bilingual communication for crew safety and efficiency. May operate specialized golf course construction equipment when necessary for training or quality control purposes. Ensure all project safety initiatives are followed and report incidents or near misses
