  Operate one or several types of power construction equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth for golf course construction. Specifically operate excavators (mini to large), bulldozers, Hydrema dump trucks, front-end loaders, and skid steers to execute plan-critical tasks including shaping, drainage installation, and tee/green subgrade preparation. Perform cut/fill operations to grade using laser levels and total stations. Dig deep trenches for irrigation and pipe installation, following benching or shoring safety protocols. Align machines with guidelines and reference stakes. Conduct daily equipment care, including lubrication, fluid checks, and fueling practices. Monitor machine conditions and report technical issues. Adhere to all project safety standards, including PPE and Health and Safety Plans. Perform manual labor tasks incidental to equipment operation as needed
