***RFI Response*** 1. Comprehensive enrollment assistance: Assist the entire student lifecycle, a process that begins with enrollment and ends when the student obtains their driver's license. This involves assisting the student with all administrative steps, including documentation, payment processing, scheduling, progress tracking, and final test coordination. Facilitate in-person registration sessions by providing detailed consultations to students, explaining program options, schedules, and applicable company policies. Execute and review legal and payment documentation with the student, including binding enrollment agreements and liability waivers, ensuring they are signed correctly and in accordance with Illinois state regulations for driving schools. Create and maintain student digital accounts within the company's management system, ensuring that all data is up to date and accessible to both staff and students. 2. Logistical assistance and scheduling: Serve as the primary point of contact for appointment scheduling between the student and instructor, coordinating all driving lessons from the first session through the completion of the required training hours. Communicate proactively with students regarding schedule updates, reminders, and any changes to their lesson plans to ensure high satisfaction. 3. Ongoing student support: Provide ongoing monitoring and support throughout the training process. This includes contacting students after they reach important milestones, resolving any issues that arise (such as schedule changes due to personal conflicts or adverse weather conditions), and offering constant assistance. Provide students with information about complementary programs or advanced courses that suit their individual needs once they have completed their core training. 4. Assistance in the completion of state exams: Once the student has successfully completed the required training hours and curriculum, assist the process of scheduling the official driving exam with the Illinois Secretary of State (SOS). Review student records, training logs, and necessary documentation prior to their Road Test date. ***Original F.a.2*** Manage the full student lifecycle by facilitating in-person enrollments, including the execution of tuition agreements and liability waivers. Coordinate complex scheduling for driving instructors, classroom sessions, and road test using specialized management software. Process on-site payments and billing transactions while maintaining accurate financial records. Act as a primary point of contact to resolve scheduling conflicts and instructor assignments, ensuring immediate resolution of student concerns and adherence to school policies.
