***RFI Response*** Workers are provided with all cooking utensils and equipment necessary to make the food items. Workers will perform food preparation tasks including chopping vegetables, boiling and dicing chicken, trimming meats, and preparing ingredients for cooking the meats and vegetables. Food to be prepared and served includes vegetables, chicken, and noodles. Workers will use basic kitchen utensils including knives to cut the vegetables and chicken, scoops, tongs, and serving spoons. Workers will cook and heat these food items using kitchen equipment including wok ranges, stockpot ranges, and warming units. ***Original F.a.2*** Assist in the daily operations of a food concessions stand. Assist customers with finding and purchasing items, stocking shelves, prepare a variety of concession-type food and beverage that require only a short preparation time. Filling customer orders, cleaning the station, and setting up and tearing down concession equipment, when necessary.
