• Assist servers in providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests. • Deliver bread, water, condiments, and other items to tables promptly as directed by servers. • Clear and reset tables between courses and after guest departure, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. • Carry dishes, glassware, and utensils from dining areas to the kitchen for cleaning. • Maintain stock of service items such as silverware, napkins, glassware, and condiments in designated stations. • Support servers by refilling beverages, delivering food from the kitchen, and ensuring guest needs are met quickly. • Keep work areas, service stations, and dining room floors clean, organized, and hazard-free. • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service equipment. • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to protect guests and staff. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.
