**RFI** The position involves performing routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the safe operation, cleanliness, and functionality of campground facilities and grounds. The worker will perform the following duties: Maintain and repair campground cabins, restrooms, showers, utility buildings, and common areas. Perform minor carpentry repairs such as fixing doors, windows, locks, decks, picnic tables, and fencing. Conduct minor plumbing repairs including unclogging drains, replacing faucets, repairing toilets, and addressing minor leaks. Perform minor electrical maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, outlets, and circuit breakers, as permitted and supervised. Maintain outdoor grounds including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, raking leaves, clearing debris, cleaning campsites, maintaining fire pits, and ensuring walkways are safe and unobstructed. Remove trash and dispose of waste properly. Assist with seasonal preparation and winterization or reopening of facilities. Operate and use hand tools and maintenance equipment including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drills, saws, ladders, pressure washers, lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, shovels, rakes, cleaning supplies, and basic plumbing and electrical tools. The worker may also assist with inspecting facilities for safety hazards, reporting major repair needs, and supporting general upkeep tasks as assigned by management.
