Servers will provide excellent customer service to our customers at the restaurant through taking orders, bringing food and beverages to their table and ensuring they are having a positive experience. Duties include: serve food, or beverages to patrons; clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining; prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware; give customers and enjoyable experience while upholding cherry republic values; follow all policies and assist with cleanliness and safety measures; prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs; operate a pos system/register in order taking and other necessary functions; adhere all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the restaurant; performing all cleaning duties to maintain a high standard; knowledge of all menu items and modifiers to offer proper recommendations to guests; knowledge of all allergens and how they are prevalent in all menu offerings; provide attentive services to all customers making them the top priority.
