Under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, the Cook prepares and cooks food items according to recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include: • Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items to specifications • Following portion controls and presentation guidelines • Ensuring all food is prepared safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling of food items • Assisting with inventory management, receiving, and stocking supplies • Supporting kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing and prep work when needed
